Is an online consultation as good as a clinic visit?

Will I get a valid prescription?
Yes. Doctors registered with the National Medical Commission issue a digitally signed e-prescription as per the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines.
What if the doctor does not join?
If a doctor does not join within 10 minutes of your slot, you can switch to another doctor instantly or take a full refund.
Can I consult for my parents or children?
Yes. Add family members to your account and choose the patient when booking. Paediatric video consults need a parent present.
