2. Data we collect

Account details (name, mobile, email, date of birth), family member profiles you add, appointment and order history, health records you upload or that partners share with your consent, and device and usage data from cookies.

3. How we use it

To book and deliver consultations, tests and medicines; to share relevant records with the doctor or lab you choose; to send reminders and reports; to prevent fraud; and, only with your consent, to send offers.

4. Sharing

We share health data only with the doctor, hospital, lab or pharmacy serving your request, and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal or health data.

5. Security & retention

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access for partners. We keep data while your account is active and as long as medical and tax laws require.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time from Settings or by writing to support@akontec.com. Grievances are answered within 30 days.
